Return Policy
When you get your product, please check it right away while the delivery person is still there. Make sure it’s what you expected and doesn’t have any problems like damage or being out of date. If something’s wrong, tell the delivery person immediately. If you accept the product without saying anything, it means you’re okay with it, and you won’t be able to return or exchange it later.
But, if we send you the wrong item, let us know quickly. We’ll swap it for the correct one as long as you haven’t used it and the packaging is still sealed.
Refund Policy
If something goes wrong with the delivery, we’ll give you your money back. If you cancel the order when it arrives, you’ll need to pay for the delivery cost, and the product should be sent back just how it arrived. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange something, it has to be just like new, not used, and still sealed. We also need to have what you want in exchange in stock. Our customer service team can tell you more about what’s available. Remember, you’ll need to cover the delivery cost for the exchange.
Order Cancellation Policy
- You can only cancel orders before they’re sent out. Once your order is on its way, you can’t cancel it.
- If you need to cancel, call our customer service right away at +8801711-734197.
- If we haven’t sent your order yet, you’ll get a full refund.
- If your order is already being delivered, you can choose not to accept it. It will be sent back to us, and we’ll refund you, but we’ll have to take off the shipping cost.
- Sometimes we might need to cancel an order for various reasons. If we do, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and refund you fully.
